01-Oct-2010 Frontier and Midwest Become One, Improving Guest Experience

Frontier Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: RJET), today reached a significant milestone in its integration with Midwest Airlines. The carrier is pleased to announce that it has successfully moved all technology onto one platform, allowing all flights to now operate on one reservation system and under the Frontier Airlines code. All tickets will now be purchased through one booking engine at FrontierAirlines.com and can be serviced by Frontier's reservations centers at 800-4321-FLY. When traveling, passengers can check in and print boarding passes at FrontierAirlines.com or on any airport kiosk.

"Today, Frontier and Midwest officially become one airline with this technology integration," said Ian Arthur, vice president of marketing and branding. "With one website, one booking engine and one kiosk interface we are back to offering our guests an easy and streamlined travel experience. We are excited to complete this major hurdle in our integration and continue building an airline that truly offers a better and different experience."

In the last seven months of integration, Frontier has made some significant improvements in aligning the airline and enhancing the guest experience, including:

* Adding STRETCH seating, with five extra inches of legroom, to all Airbus and Embraer 190 aircraft, with all Embraer 170s to be completed by Thanksgiving

* Introducing the complimentary chocolate chip cookie system-wide on all flights after 10 a.m.

* Standardizing in-flight catering and offering fresh food on more flights

* Introducing its Guest Commitment Policy online

* Implementing pre-assigned seating for all fares system-wide

* Increasing seats available for frequent flyer award redemptions, while also eliminating change fees on frequent flyer award tickets for changes made eight or more days prior to travel

* Eliminating reservation fees for tickets booked through the airline's reservation centers

In the coming months you can expect to see more of the cosmetic integrations taking place with airport signage changes and aircraft livery updates with the addition of some new animal tails to the Frontier family.

The alignment of the Frontier EarlyReturns® and Midwest Miles programs is expected to be complete later this fall. Until then, Midwest Miles members should continue to log in to their account through the Midwest Airlines website to purchase flights or to service their account. Once a member is logged in they will be redirected to the Frontier Airlines website to book. Once the loyalty programs have been fully integrated, the Midwest Airlines website will be retired and all Midwest Miles members will receive further communication on accessing their membership through FrontierAirlines.com.
