Announcement: Spicejet Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has on October 12, 2010 made allotment of 19,370,400 equity shares of Rs. 10 each as per following details consequent upon exercise of conversion option by FCCB holders:

- No. of equity shares: 737,920

2. Name of Allottee: WLR Recovery IV/ESC (India) Ltd.

- No. of equity shares: 6,641,280

3. Name of Allottee: India Asset Recovery Fund Ltd.

- No. of equity shares: 8,486,080

4. Name of Allottee: WLR / GS (India) Ltd.

- No. of equity shares: 3,505,120.
