SilkAir: Solo flights (update 1)
04-Nov-2010 Due to subsequent volcanic eruption of Mount Merapi, SilkAir flights MI 112 and MI111 which is scheduled for today, have been cancelled.
SilkAir customers are advised to visit www.silkair.com for further updates on flight status. Customers who require assistance on their bookings may contact us at +65 6223 8888 (Singapore) or +62 271 724604/05 (Solo).
SilkAir will waive administrative fees/penalty for rebooking/rerouting/cancellations/refunds for customers holding confirmed tickets issued on or before 26 October 2010 for travel up to and including 13 November 2010 on all flights to/from Solo.
For rerouting and reissue cases, administrative fees/penalty will be waived but applicable fare difference applies (if any). All alternative travel should be completed by 31 December 2010 unless otherwise stated in the conditions of the existing ticket.
