All Nippon Airways: Notification from Republic of Korea Fair Trade Commission

01-Dec-2010 All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. ("ANA") has received notification from Republic of Korea Fair Trade Commission of an alleged violation by ANA of Republic of Korea's Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act regarding ANA cargo surcharges.
As a result, ANA has received a corrective order from the Commission and has been ordered to pay a fine of 1.633 billion won (approximately 120 million yen).
ANA intends to carefully consider the details of the notice and give an appropriate response through its legal representative.
