Manston Airport closed due to adverse weather conditions

02-Dec-2010 Due to heavy snow Manston Airport is currently closed.

Passengers who were booked on a flybe flight departing TODAY and are unable to travel due to the adverse weather will be able to:

Rebook for travel within the next 7 days free of charge, subject to availability

- or -

Rebook for travel at any time on the same route for no additional charge

Passengers booked to travel on any flights which Flybe has been forced to cancel due to adverse weather conditions today are also offered one of the following three options :

a) Refund for the affected flight

b) Travel to the final destination at the earliest opportunity.

c) Travel to the final destination at a later date (subject to availability)

The above also applies to any cancelled Flybe flights operated by flybe's franchise partner, Loganair.

However please be advised that the flybe Call Centre is experiencing very high call volumes from passengers with disrupted travel plans due to the adverse weather, and wait times can be in excess of 15 minutes.
