Turkish Airlines (THY) announced air traffic figures for 11M10.

The flag carrer's 11M10 business class and transit passenger numbers jumped by 29.4% and 15.9% on the year. During this period, THY's Available-Seat-Kilometers (ASK) increased by 16.3% from a 11M09 total of 51.3bn to a 11M10 total of 59.6bn. While, Revenue-Passenger-Kilometers (RPK) increased by 20.9% annually, from a 11M09 total of 36.5bn to a 11M10 total of 44.1bn. Load factor increased by 2.8 points on the yer to 74%. The number of landings increased by 15.1% on the year from 194,236 in 11M09 to 223,534 in 11M10. The company's cargo volume improved by 33.5% to 283,335 tons in 11M10 from 212,277 tons in 11M09.
