British Airways: Merger securities note and summary published
11-Jan-2011 International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (IAG) has today published further documentation for shareholders in connection with the merger of British Airways and Iberia.
Available at www.bashareholders.com are the securities note and summary for IAG, which is the holding company of the new combined group.
It is currently anticipated that trading in British Airways ordinary shares will be suspended with effect from 0730 (London time) on 21 January 2011 and that IAG shares will be admitted to the Official List by the UKLA and to trading by the London Stock Exchange and the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia stock exchanges with effect from 0800 (London time) on 24 January 2011.
A further announcement will be made by IAG at the time of Admission.
