SilkAir: Brisbane flights
12-Jan-2011 For SilkAir customers who have onward connections to Brisbane via Singapore Airlines, please take note that operations at Brisbane Airport remain normal at this point in time despite severe flooding in parts of Queensland. Singapore Airlines flights are operating as scheduled.
The Singapore Airlines Brisbane Town Office is closed due to the severe weather conditions in the city's central business district.
For passengers holding SilkAir tickets and travelling on Singapore Airlines on the Singapore-Brisbane sectors, SilkAir will waive administrative fees for refunds, rebookings or reroutings, for customers holding confirmed tickets issued on or before 12 January 2011. The waiver applies to flights for the period of 12 January 2011 to 26 January 2011 (both dates inclusive).
