Hawaiian Airlines CEO: The market provides the fares consumers are going to pay

Airlines for America (A4A), via its official Twitter account, stated (13-Sep-2016) Hawaiian Airlines CEO Mark Dunkerley noted the market "gives us the fares consumers are going to pay". A4A also pointed out that "real airfares" remain 12% below 2000 levels.
