Jetstar Asia CEO: Customers are looking for flexibility, speed at airports, reliability and service

Jetstar Asia CEO Barathan Pasupathi, speaking at the CAPA Asia Aviation Summit, said (23-Nov-2015) there are four key things customers are looking for - flexibility, speed at airports, reliability and service. Mr Pasupathi said: "You give them these four things and they will come back… At Changi, we are working with SITA and Changi and three years ago when we rolled kiosks out customers were saying 'we don't want to use it' but now we have 51% penetration alone in Singapore."
