Qantas Airways Group pax numbers up 4% at 4.2m with 81% load factor in Nov-2015

Qantas Airways Group passenger numbers up 4% - traffic highlights for Nov-2015:

*From Jan-2015 Qantas Domestic and Qantaslink will be reported on a combined basis.

Qantas Group: "Group Domestic Revenue per Available Seat Kilometre (RASK) increased compared to the prior corresponding period, reflecting improved performance at both Jetstar Domestic and Qantas Domestic. Qantas International capacity rose by 9 per cent in the month, driven by higher aircraft utilisation, with increased services to Asia to meet higher demand in the region. Jetstar International capacity reduced by 1.2 per cent in the month after flight cancellations caused by the Bali ash cloud. Group International (comprising Qantas International, Jetstar International and Jetstar Asia) RASK was higher compared to the prior corresponding period, driven by the continued strong performance of Qantas International in the Asia region."
