American Association of Airport Executives urges action to expedite airport projects

American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) President, Charles Barclay, outlined (31-Dec-08) a series of actions Congress should take as part of economic stimulus legislation to expedite the construction of critical safety, security and capacity projects at airports and to promote job creation, including changes to the tax treatment of airport bonds and additional federal funding for airport infrastructure.
