Ryanair to add eight new Stansted routes in 2014 winter, more service on 36 routes

Ryanair released (19-Mar-2014) its UK London Stansted 2014 winter schedule, with eight new routes (Athens, Basel, Bordeaux, Bucharest, Perpignan, Prague, Rabat and Skelleftea) and increased frequency and improved schedules on 36 other routes. This will deliver growth of an estimated two million customers p/a, for an estimated 15.1 million in total. The carrier will now operate 109 Stansted routes in total, with growth from 490 to over 700 weekly services. Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary said: "As Stansted's biggest airline, Ryanair looks forward to continuing to work closely with MAG to grow traffic, routes and jobs at Stansted Airport."
