TAME appoints new CEO

TAME board of directors appointed (22-Mar-2016) Patricio Zavala as the carrier's new CEO, following Paola Carvajal's resignation on 16-Mar-2016. Prior to joining TAME, Mr Zavala was appointed as CEO of Empresa Coordinadora de Empresas Publicas (public companies coordinating company), a governmental company responsible for planning, articulation and coordination of other public companies. Mr Zavala will develop a new corporate strategy to strengthen its position in the aviation market. TAME is a carrier with high social commitment, operating routes low revenue routes which are necessary to the greater development of Ecuador.
