Established in 1990, Air Japan is a Japanese charter airline based in Ōta, Tokyo. The carrier operates scheduled services under the ANA brand. Air Japan operates international service throughout Asia as well as to the US and Guam from its main base at Narita International Airport.

On 1-Jul-2010 Air Japan (AJX) and ANA & JP Express (AJV) completed their merger, with Air Japan being the surviving company, although all scheduled services operate under the All Nippon Airways brand.
