About
HOP! Régional was established as Régional in 2001 following the merger of Flandre Air, Proteus Airlines and Regional Airlines. Wholly-owned by Air France, the carrier operated regional air services across Europe from its hub at Nantes Airport. Régional merged with Société Airlinair and Brit Air to form HOP! a regional subsidiary of Air France. As of 31-Mar-2013, all Régional flights operated under the HOP! brand. HOP! Régional ceased in 2017 following the completion of the HOP! merger.
