TUIfly is a German low-cost and charter airline with hubs in Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg and Stuttgart. Using a fleet of B737 aircraft, TUIfly operate a network Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Wholly-owned by integrated tour operator TUI Travel Group, TUIfly is Germany's third-largest airline. TUIfly has formed a strategic partnership with the Air Berlin, with both airline's taking a minority equity stake in each other. The partnership covers areas including domestic service, charter service and aircraft leasing.
