Yeti Airlines is a Nepalese regional airline based at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Yeti Airlines is a major domestic airline in Nepal, operating to 16 destinations across the country. The airline operates scheduled, charter and cargo service, and is known for its daily "Everest Express" service to Lukla Airport, where many mountaineers begin their climb of Mt Everest. Yeti's fleet comprises BAe Jetstream 41 and DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft.

Tibet Airlines, Tibet’s first airline, on 20-Jun-2011 received its public air carrier's licence from CAAC, after receiving approval from the aviation authority in Mar-2010. Tibet Airlines will be the first and only airline based in Lhasa when it launches operations next month and will benefit from the booming Tibet market.
