ADC, as the 73% majority shareholder in a joint venture with Lockheed Air Terminals Services Inc., was the concessionaire, developer and operator of the CAD600 million Terminal 3 at Toronto's Lester B. Pearson International Airport. HASDC and ADC together participates as a 32% equity shareholder of the consortium (Quiport) that was awarded the 35 year concession to privately design, finance, construct and operate the USD655 million green field development of the New Quito International Airport. ADC, in an equal joint venture with Aeroports de Montreal, was the concessionaire, developer and operator of the USD130 million project at Budapest Airport which included the design and construction of a new passenger terminal facility and the renovation of the existing terminal.
