Aecon Concessions develops domestic and international Public-Private Partnership (P3) and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects, playing the roles of investor, constructor and/or operator. It entered the infrastructure development business in 1990. It holds a 45.5% interest in the concession to operate Quito Airport, Ecuador, through its stake in Corporacion Quiport SA (Quiport), which holds concession rights for the airport. Construction of a new terminal will be completed in Oct-2010.
