Aeroporti di Roma SpA is the exclusive concessionaire for the operation and development of Rome airport system, consisting of Rome Fiumicino “Leonardo da Vinci” international airport and Rome Ciampino “Giovan Battista Pastine” airport. AdR took a small interest in Genoa (15%) and Bologna airports and undertook consulting work for Lamezia Terme Airport where it later took a 16.6% stake. AdR is itself held by Gemina Spa in which Changi Airports International now holds a 5% stake.
