Airports of Thailand (AoT), originally a state enterprise, was corporatised in 2002 and a subsequent partial IPO (30%, institutional and retail investors) was held in 2004. The state retains 70% through the Ministry of Finance. AoT operates the two Bangkok airports and four others (Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Hat Yai and Phuket).
Airports of Thailand features in CAPA's Global Airport Investors Database.
