Berlin Airports is an airport operator responsible for the management and development of the Berlin Airport system in Germany. Owned by the states of Berlin, Brandenburg and the Federal Government, Berlin Airports manages operations at Berlin Tegel, Berlin Tempelhof (now closed), Berlin Schönefeld and the construction of the new Berlin-Brandenburg International Airport, which will replace the former three-airport system which has served Berlin since before reunification in 1991.
