Caisse de Depot et placement du Québec is one of the largest institutional fund managers in Canada and in North America. It had net assets under management totalling USD131.6 billion as at 31-Dec-2009 and is a shareholder in over 4,000 businesses internationally.
Airport interests includ:
- Hochtief Airport Capital, an indirect investor in Budapest Airport;
- BAA: Aas part of the Ferrovial consortium with GIC Special Investments of Singapore, CDP Capital, the investment arm of the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, was part of the winning bid consortium for BAA.
