Infratil is a New Zealand-based investment division of the company HRL Morrison. Owns 66% of Wellington Airport, New Zealand. Infratil Airports Europe, which operates as an autonomous division, owns and operates Glasgow Prestwick International Airport (UK) and Kent International Airport (UK) (Both 100%). Infratil Australia holds equity in the Airstralia Development Group, which manages Perth Airport and also in Northern Territory Airports, which manages three airports in that state.
Infratil and the three Councils of Auckland’s north west have also joined forces to try and bring civil aviation to Whenuapai Airport.
