Peretola Airport (also known as Florence Airport and Amerigo Vespucci Airport) serves the city of Florence and the surrounding Tuscany region in Italy. Meridiana Fly is the largest operator at Peretola, which is one of two airports serving the Tuscany region, along with Pisa Airport.

Aeroports de Paris (AdP) has the highest market capitalisation among privatised airport operators at USD8.72 billion, closely followed by Fraport, according to Bloomberg figures. But the surprising fact is that, as with the airline industry, so many Chinese operators figure prominently.
SEA IPO by end 2011, but are the signs better this time?
Milan’s SEA SpA plans to launch an IPO on the Italian stock exchange by the end of 2011 according to Chairman Giuseppe Bonomi. The airport operator will make a final decision on the offering once main owner, the City of Milan, approves its annual accounts.
