About

Nagasaki Airport serves the city of Nagasaki, Japan, the largest city in Nagasaki prefecture on Kyushu. The main airport and runway are located on an island west of Ōmura, with a secondary runway located on the mainland. The island runway and terminal opened in May-1975. The airport commenced civil operations in 1955 as Ōmura Airport, and is now served by all of Japan's major carriers.
