Armenia's national flag carrier is Armavia Airlines which is based in Yerevan Zvartnots International Airport (EVN), the main gateway to Armenia. However other airlines such as Ararat International Airlines, Jet Armenia and Atlantis European Airways also provide domestic and international flights to surrounding destinations. Stepanavan Airport and Erebuni Airport are two other airports also in Armenia.
The General Department of Civil Aviation (GDCA) is Armenia's regulatory body for aviation; while EUROCONTROL is its air navigation service provider.

According to Innovata schedule data for Apr-2011 - the first month of the summer scheduling season - Russia and Turkey will enjoy near 20% increases in passenger capacity from other European countries next month.
Peruvian concession package agreed for six airports
Aeropuertos Andinos del Peru (AADP) has been awarded the concession by ProInversión, Peru's private investment promotion agency, for the construction and management of six new airports in southern Peru and there is more to come with Cusco lined up next for a new terminal. Other countries in Latin America have moved beyond the concession agreement as the most popular form of privatising airports but it still retains its popularity in the region.
