Jackson Square Aviation (JSA) is an aircraft lessor based in San Fransisco, US, with regional offices in Seattle, London, Miami and Buenos Aires. The company was created in 2009, partnering with Oaktree Capital Management, which has committed to invest USD500 million in equity into the company. Oaktree Capital and JSA's management team, led by Rich Wiley and Scott Weiss, previously worked together at leasing companies Pegasus Aviation and Sky Holding. Jackson Square Aviation is primarily engaged in aircraft lease terms and structures, portfolio management, sale and sale-leaseback of both aircraft and engines, aircraft trading and re-marketing and technical support.
