SkyWest announce Sep-2009 traffic results

SkyWest, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYW) reported a 9.8 percent increase in revenue passenger miles (RPMs) for September, while available seat miles (ASMs)

increased 6.9 percent compared to the same period last year. The combined airlines generated 1.42 billion RPMs for the month, while ASMs increased to 1.80 billion. Load factor was up 2.1 percentage points to 78.6 percent compared to 76.5 percent for the same period last year. Passenger boardings for September totaled 2,829,617 a 10.8 percent increase from September 2008.
