The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Beijing Capital International Airport Company Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the audited results of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2009 together with the comparative figures in 2008 which have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), as follows:
