Domestic passengers carried by Indian Scheduled Airlines in May-2010

The total domestic passengers carried by the Scheduled Airlines of India in the month of May, 2010 was 47.85 lakhs. The total passengers carried by domestic airlines in the month of April, 2010 was 41.88 lakhs. The break-up for the month of May, 2010 is as follows:

Air India (Domestic) - 8.47, Jet Airways - 8.69 lakhs, Jet Lite - 3.84 lakhs, Kingfisher - 10.00 lakhs, Spice Jet - 6.32 lakhs, Paramount - 0.19 lakhs, Go Air - 2.81 lakhs, IndiGo - 7.53 lakhs.

The percentage share of the carriers in the month of May, 2010 was:

Air India (Domestic) 17.7%, Jet Airways - 18.2%, Jet Lite - 8.0%, Kingfisher -20.9%, Spice Jet - 13.2%, Paramount - 0.4%, Go Air - 5.9% and IndiGo - 15.7%.

The seat factors of the domestic airlines in the month of May 2010 was:

Air India (Domestic) - 77.8%, Jet Airways - 82.5%, JetLite - 85.4%, Kingfisher Airlines - 83.2%, Spice Jet - 90.4%, Paramount Airways - 86.6%, Go Air - 86.0% and IndiGo - 92.3%.
